C 67 is now also available with Pick-by-View to sort your contours the quick and easy way. With Pick-by-View, you can accelerate the already fast process sequences during horizontal contour cutting. Our software solution significantly facilitates the sorting of contour parts and provides useful information for further processing. On the F 62, Pick-by-View has already impressed many users.

Having proven its worth already on the F 62, it’s now also available for the star of our C series – the C 67: Pick-by-View allows to assign different cut parts from different orders for most different models at one glance.

All-rounder C 67 with optimized processes

The C 67 is ideally suitable for the furniture industry. With its outstanding technical data, the C 67 is a perfect example of horizontal contour cutting on an upper-class level:

With Pick-by-View, our all-rounder becomes increasingly efficient and productive: An accurate layer graph shows the operator precisely the contour parts that can be picked up next. In addition, the system prints a clear label with useful information for each part, if required: Barcodes, customer name or next processing step – various data help to considerably simplify process planning within your company.  

Pick-by-View and Nesting: A congenial “dynamic” duo

In combination with nesting, i. e. the efficient interlacing of parts to be cut from one block – the Pick-by-View software allows you to make the most of the material to be processed. You will save material and costs. With its simple and efficient layer graph, Pick-by-View assists the operator in identifying the tightly nested contour parts. Without Pick-by-View, sorting the various parts is a challenge – and possibly an annoying source of error. With Pick-by-View, contour cutting on the F 62 and C 67 is quick, easy and economic.
