Global service and maintenance

We can help you anywhere in the world, thanks to our international offices and technical customer service division in Aachen, Germany. Our specially trained staff can help you assemble and commission your machines, and carry out repairs on site. We can also give you advice on any modifications and extensions you want to make, as well as performing these for you. Fecken-Kirfel can supply you with the spare parts you need upon request. Our technicians can also install them correctly in your system if necessary. We have a wide range of wear parts produced in house and available directly from our warehouse, from cutting discs and band saws to grinding and whetstones.

Teleservice and remote maintenance

Our latest machines let you access our teleservice at the push of a button via the control terminal with Windows operating system. With our remote maintenance service, our service staff can guide you through the steps required to localise the cause of any faults, or resolve them directly. You can also contact our technical customer service via e-mail or telephone from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 4.15 pm.

Training

When you receive one of our new cutting machines, your staff will be thoroughly trained in how to operate and service it, as well as how to use the software for our systems. For contour cutting machines, we offer a CAD seminar at our headquarters in Aachen, Germany, where your staff will learn how to create contours and cutting lines. This training generally takes place before the machine is delivered. You can of course book refresher seminars or more in-depth training.

Retrofit

Should you require it, we can replace the electronics on your older machines with the latest technology, from the IPC controller and switching cabinet to the electric motors. We can also replace the compact CNC controller on existing CNC cutting stations with modern, modular controllers.
